Frans Stibbe (1959) was affiliated with IVY Advocaten as a lawyer until 31 December 2025 and has since been acting as an advisor. Frans is known as an expert in the field of corporate governance and remains involved in conducting internal integrity investigations for institutions and companies. In addition, he is regularly appointed by the Enterprise Division as an investigator in inquiry proceedings. Due to his expertise and experience, Frans is regarded and consulted as a trusted board advisor.

In addition to his advisory and investigative practice, Frans holds various supervisory and board positions. Previously, Frans was managing partner of DLA Piper Netherlands, a member of the International Board of DLA Piper, and managing partner and co-founder of Deloitte Legal.
